• Offline Use: The Application is designed to function entirely on your device without requiring an internet connection, ensuring your data stays on your device.

2. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

Because our Application is designed for children (specifically Year 2-4 students), we are committed to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• We do not knowingly or unknowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 (or any age).
• There are no social media plugins or "find a friend" features within the app.

3. Location Information

The Application does not collect precise, real-time, or approximate information about the location of your mobile device.

Since no information is collected, no information can be shared with third parties.

• No Ads: MathMate3 does not contain third-party advertisements.
